DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN QUITO - A representative will pick you up at the airport in and bring you to your hotel in Quito. Depending on your arrival time today, you might be able to book the OPTIONAL Quito City Tour for the afternoon. On this excursion you will be transported back in time a couple of hundred years while driving around the colonial section of Quito visiting different architectural highlights. Overnight at the selected Hotel in Quito.
DAY 2: FULL DAY BAÑOS CITY - Early in the morning after breakfast you will visit Baños City one of the most beautiful places in the Ecuadorian Andes. On your way you will be able to see the Cotopaxi volcano (5907m / 19400 feet) and visit the Salasaca market. Arriving in Baños you enjoy the landscape and you have the opportunity to visit the “Pailon Del Diablo Waterfall”. In the late afternoon hours you will return to Quito. Overnight at the selected hotel in Quito. Breakfast included.
DAY 3: QUITO - GALAPAGOS - VISIT OF CHARLES DARWIN STATION - After Breakfast you will brought to the airport to take your flight to Baltra the international Airport of the Galapagos Islands. Upon arrival meet and greet with your guide and transfer to the Santa Cruz Island where you will visit the Charles Darwin Station. Visitors learns about natural history, issues concerning the islands, and see the tortoise breeding project at work. Overnight at the selected hotel in Santa Cruz Island. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
DAY 4: ISABELA ISLAND - Today you will take a 2 hour boat to the island of Isabela and visit the “Tintoreras” where you will have a second opportunity to enjoy a snorkeling tour. In the afternoon you will visit the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center and you will have time to make some pictures of the“Love beach” & flamingos. Afterwards return to Santa Cruz Island. Overnight at the selected hotel in Santa Cruz Island. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
DAY 5: TORTUGA BAY & HIGHLANDS - After breakfast you will visit Tortuga Bay and have time to walk around and take a bath In the pacific ocean. In the afternoon your trip takes you to the Highlands of Santa Cruz Island where you can admire and enjoy the giant turtles and a great diversity of flora and fauna from this area. Overnight at the selected hotel in Santa Cruz Island. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
DAY 6: GEMELOS - DEPARTURE TO THE US – After having breakfast you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Guayaquil or Quito and back to the US. On the way you will make the last stop to visit the twin pit craters “Los Gemelos” a geologic collapse in the middle of the forest “Escalecias” where one can find endemic vegetation. Breakfast included.
